摘要
确定了真空蒸馏法制备高纯金属铽、镝的工艺参数,分析讨论了影响高纯铽、镝蒸馏过程及其质量的诸多因素;该工艺制得的高纯铽、镝收集率达97%以上;Tb/TREM(或Dy/TREM)≥99.99%,稀土杂质总量小于100μg/g,非稀土金属杂质总量小于300μg/g,O<200μg/g,N<40μg/g,C<70μg/g,产品质量能满足制备高性能超磁致伸缩材料的要求。
Vacuum distillation technology purifying terbium and dysprosium metals has been researched in this paper, and some factors influeneing purification process such as distillation temperature, distillation rate and so on were discussed. The result shows that the extraction rate of terbium and dysprosium metals is all above 97%, Th (or Dy) /TREM ≥99.99% ,totol rare earth metal impurity content 〈 100μg/g, total non - rare earth metal impurity content 〈 300μg/g, 0 〈 200μg, N 〈 40μg/g, C 〈 70μ/g, and the high- purified terbium and dysprosium metals are good raw materials for rare earth giant magnetostrietive materials.
