摘要
目的研究γ-干扰素治疗对哮喘小鼠血清IL-4及IgE水平的影响。方法30只小鼠随机分为三组,即以10只健康小鼠为对照组,制备20只小鼠哮喘模型,分为治疗组和哮喘组。治疗组使用γ-干扰素治疗,哮喘组未予治疗。用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定三组小鼠血清IL-4、IgE水平,并行相关分析。结果与对照组相比,哮喘组血清IL-4、IgE水平高,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经γ-干扰素治疗后,治疗组血清IL-4、IgE检测值明显低于哮喘组水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-4和IgE水平与对照组水平差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论γ-干扰素能有效降低哮喘小鼠血清IL-4和IgE水平。
Objective To study the roles of interferon-γ on the effects of IL-4 and IgE levels in serum of asthmatic mice. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups.Ten mice were used as the normal control;twenty mice were constructed for asthmatic model,and divided into the treatment group and the asthma group.The treatment group was treated with interferon-γ.Then the serum levels of lL-4 and IgE were measured by ELISA.Results Serum levels of IL-4 and IgE in asthma group were significantly higher than those in normal control(P〈0.05).After treatment of interferon-γ,the serum levels of IL-4 and IgE in the treatment group were also significantly lower,comparing to those in asthma group(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference in the serum levels of IL-4 and IgE between the treatment group and the normal controls(P〉0.05).Conclusions Interferon-γ can effectively decrease IL-4 and IgE levels in the serum of asthmatic mice.
