摘要
从资源理论的角度,对虚拟企业的形成进行了简单推理,界定了虚拟企业的性质;在此基础上,探讨了基于资源的理论的虚拟企业均衡的实现过程,分析了均衡实现的不同路径,最后提出了虚拟企业的一般战略均衡。
From the perspective of Resource-Based Theory, this paper, on the basis of a simple reasoning of the formation of Virtual Enterprises and the defining of the nature of Virtual Enterprises, discussed the realization process of the equilibrium of Virtual Enterprises from viewpoint Based on the Resource Theory and analyzed its various implementation approaches, and finally come up with the general strategic equilibrium of Virtual Enterprises.
