摘要
微格教学引进中国已经20年了。在这20年里,微格教学经过兴盛、沉寂、理性认识几个阶段。当前,它又一次受到师范院校和教师进修院校的广泛关注。本文通过对微格教学理论和实践的回顾和深入探讨,进一步揭示微格教学培训的实质所在,与师范教育工作者共同探讨加深对微格教学的认识,使微格教学在教育教学改革中发挥更大的作用。
Since its introduction into China 20 years ago, micro-teaching has gone through its ups and downs. Now it has drawn the attention from normal schools, universities and teacher-training schools. The paper first reviews the history of micro-teaching in China and then tries to show the essence of micro-teaching training to make it play a better role in educational reform.
