摘要
目的：观察盐酸戊乙奎醚作为小儿术前用药的临床效果。方法：60例2～8岁患儿随机分为两组。术前30 min两组患儿分别肌注盐酸戊乙奎醚0.01 mg/kg（A组）、阿托品0.01 mg/kg（B组）,记录各时点的HR、MAP、SPO2、T和口腔分泌物的变化。结果：术前用药后30 min B组在T2、T3、T4时点HR明显增快（P〈0.05）。两组患儿的MAP、SPO2各时点均在正常范围内,B组在T2、T3、T4时点体温明显增高（P〈0.05）。两组患儿术前用药后30 min,唾液分泌均保持在Ⅰ级,用药后60 min、90 min、120 min两组均有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸戊乙奎醚可明显减少唾液分泌,无明显心率增快、体温升高等不良反应,作为小儿术前用药是较为理想的选择。
Objective：To observe the effectiveness of penehyclidine hydrochloride used as medication in children＇s operation.Methods：Sixty children at the age of two to eight were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty minutes before the operation,two groups of children received intravascular injected with penehyclidine hydrochloride 0.01 mg/kg（in group A）and atropine 0.01 mg/kg（in group B）,in the muscle taking down the HR,MAP,SPO2,T and the change of secretion in the oral cavity at each time point.Results：After two kinds of medicine were used 30 minutes before the operation,the children＇s HR in group B and group C accelerated obviously at T2,T3 and T4 time points（P〈0.05）,the children＇s MPA and SPO2 in each group were normal at each time point and the children＇s body temperature in group B elevated obviously at T2,T3 and T4 time points（P〈0.05）.The children＇s amount of saliva in both groups kept at grae Ⅰ after two kinds of medicine were used 30 minutes before operation.The two groups of children had obvious difference at 60 minutes,90 minutes,120 minutes after the two kinds of medicine were used.Conclusion：Penehyclidine hydrochloride could reduce the amount of saliva and there was no HR raising and harmful reaction,which mgiht be an ideal choice as medicine used before the operation.
