摘要
结合活塞的特点对特征进行分类并建立特征库;同时对特征尺寸及特征存在性的参数化方法进行了详细讨论。在详细分析发动机活塞负荷的基础上,提出活塞的机械、热边界条件,计算得到活塞的机械应力、热应力及耦合应力。计算结果显示原设计活塞有较大的储备强度,有进一步优化的可能。
Combining the classified characteristic of piston feature, it establishes the feature database for the piston, shows in detail about the parametrized methods of the feature size and the feature existence: Based on the analysis of the piston load, it describes the conditions of mechanism and thermal boundary, computes the mechanism stress, the thermal stress and the coupling stress. The results show that the reserved strength in original piston is higher. This research provides probability for the further optimization.
