基于enDYNA的单体泵柴油机实时模型开发

摘要 在德国Tesis公司开发的软件enDYNA中4缸共轨增压柴油机实时模型CRTD的基础上,修改了喷油系统模块和气缸模块,开发了6缸单体泵增压柴油机实时模型UPTD,并进行了参数化。在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行了单体泵模型的稳态和瞬态仿真,其结果与发动机试验数据的对比表明,开发的单体泵柴油机模型达到了要求的精度,可用于柴油机电子控制单元的硬件在环仿真测试。 By modifying the fuel injection and cylinder modules of CRTD model in the software enDYNA of German company Tesis, a real-time model for 6 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with unit pump is developed and parameterized, and the steady and transient simulations on unit pump model are conducted in Matlab/Simulink environment. The comparison between the simulation results and engine test data shows that the model developed for diesel engine with unit pump attains the required accuracy and can be used in hardware-in-the-loop simulation test for the electronic control unit of diesel engine.
