摘要
报道了半导体激光血管内照射对人体外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的免疫调节作用.实验结果提示:在23例患者中经波长650nm,功率5mW的半导体激光血管内照射治疗1次,5次和10次的患者中,CD+3细胞亚群的百分率与照射前(63.66%)比较,分别提高到65.86%,69.94%,75.04%;CD+4T辅助细胞在第十次治疗后也有所增加.半导体激光血管内照射对NK细胞及CD+4/CD+8具有双向调控作用,即偏离正常值的患者经照射后恢复到正常水平.这种双向调控作用对临床治疗更有指导意义.
The immuno regulation effect of diode laser ILIB on T lymphocytes subpopulation and NK cells is studies.The results show that there is an improving effect on the CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 and NK cells after a peroid of diode laser (650 nm,5 mW,CW) ILIB in 23 patients.The mean value of CD + 3% is increased on the lst,5th and 10th times ILIB 65.86%,69.94% and 75.04% separately compared with the data(63.66%) before treatment.The mean value of CD + 4% is only increased on the 10th treatment.In spite of the CD + 8% has an increased tendency and the mean value of NK% is increased on the lst time of ILIB(23.66% to 26.90%) a modulating effect could been seen,which modulates the abnormal levels of NK cell and CD + 4/CD + 8 to the normal levels,so it would be a more useful effect clinically.
