摘要
利用LabVIEW设计了两组地源热泵机组设备的远程监控系统。按照现场要求分别采用有线网络和无线网由两种网络传输方式,实时的将地源热泵机组设备的温度、压力等参数的数据发送到Internet上,安装在监控主机上的远程监控系统接收指定端口的数据,以可视化方式显示,并对数据以数据库方式定时存储。监控人员可及时了解分散在工业现场的多个远端机组设备运行状态,控制机组设备的启停。应用结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠、操作简便,工作效率得到提高。
In this paper the remote monitor system of ground source heat pump units is designed by using LabVIEW. According to the request of user, the data of unit equipment's parameter such as temperature, press and so on, is send to the Internet in real time, respectively using the wired and wireless network. The monitor system in the host computer receives the data from appointed ports by Internet. The system interface is displayed with visual mode and the data is saved with database on time. Con- sumer can know the running status of the unit equipment disposed in the remote industry site in time , and he can also control the start and stop of equipment. The result shows that thesystem is stable, reliable and operated easily. Work efficiency is enhanced.
