摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）是一种慢性多系统的疾病，伴有多种血清自身抗体。我们采用免疫印迹法技术，对３０例ＳＬＥ患者和２０名正常人进行抗ＥＮＡ抗体的检测，同时用免疫荧光法检测了抗核抗体。测定结果：抗Ｓｍ阳性１０例，为３３．３％；抗ｕ１ＲＮＰ抗体阳性８例为２６．６％；两项均为阳性１１例，为３６．６％；１例为阴性；２０例正常人为阴性。ＡＮＡ３０例均为阳性两种核型１５例，抗ｄｓＤＮＡ阳性４例，为１３．３％；抗ＥＮＡ抗体的检测，对疾病的诊断特异性为９５％，准确性为９７％，敏感性为９６％。抗ＥＮＡ抗体，抗核抗体同时检测对疾病的诊断分型、治疗都是很有意义的。
