摘要
山西省属于全国足球落后省份,山西足球要振兴,必须遵循后备人才的培养和成长规律,扎扎实实搞好后备人才的培养。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析和访谈法等研究方法,对涉及山西省青少年足球后备人才培养的几个重要问题进行了研究与分析。研究结果显示:山西省青少年足球运动员的培养缺乏明确的指导思想;直接从事青少年足球运动员培养的高水平教练员较少;学与训的矛盾是制约家长支持孩子进行青少年足球训练的主要矛盾。
Shanxi Province falls behind in soccer in China so soccer reserve talents must be cultivated according to the rules of cultivation and growth. This paper adopts such researching methods as the documental information researching, logical analysis, and interviewing investigation to research and analyze the several important problems of the cultivation of soccer reserve talents concerning teen-age in Shanxi province. Researchers indicate that the cultivation of teen-ages soccer athletes in Shanxi Province lacks of clear guidance thoughts, that the number of expert coaches cultivating the teen-ages soccer athletes is relatively small, and that the contradiction between learning and training is the main one to constrain parents to support their children to take part in soccer training.
