摘要
以1994-2006年Web of Science(含SCIE,SSCI和A&HCI)收录的中国发表论文为样本,从论文的主导地位分布、时间分布、国别分布研究了中国与世界各国特别是与美国、欧洲各国、日本、俄罗斯等的合作模式和特征,提出了中国增强基础研究产出和影响力、加强国际合作、提高合作中的主导地位应采取的对策思路。
Based on the published paper from 1994-2006 with a Chinese address samples, included in the Web of Science （including SCI, SSCl and A＆HCI）, this paper tries to adopt a scientometrics approach to analyze patterns of Chinese international academic research collaboration., including leadership in paper publication, disciplinary distribution of papers, country origins of authors. This analysis revealed some interesting characteristics of China＇s research cooperation with the world, especially with USA, UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY, JAPAN and RUSSIA. Policy recommendations are made on how to improve the productivity and quality of basic research and international science and technology cooperation in China.
