摘要
本文从阐述"阳光体育运动"的内涵着手,揭示出当前我国学校体育存在的主要问题,并针对学生体质下降,体育教师数量不足以及质量堪忧等问题,提出一些改革的对策与措施,从而进一步阐明开展"阳光体育运动"的重要作用及意义。
From the point of connotation of sunshine sports activity, this paper points out the existing problem in our school physical education such as the students physical fitness declining and shortage of physical education teachers and puts forward some reform measurements and function of developing sunshine sports activity.
