摘要
针对未来信息化海战的特点,提出了将综合指控系统扩展为信息化海战作战指挥的备份平台,在简要分析综合指控系统用于信息化海战的优势基础上,论述综合指控系统在军事演练、平时海上勤务保障和信息化海战作战指挥三个层面上的作用以及在每个层面上综合指控系统需要扩充和增加的内容,并且给出作为信息化海战指控中心的信息流程,为战时将综合指控中心改造为作战指控中心实用的解决方案和技术支持。
According to the characteristics of informationalized naval warfare in the future, the paper provides the issue that expands the navy range comprehensive command and control system to a backup platform. On the basis of briefly analyzing advantages of the comprehensive command and control system applied in informationalized naval warfare, the paper discusses the functions of the comprehensive command and control system in three aspects of military training, peacetime maritime service, and informationalized naval warfare operational command, also introduces the comprehensive command and control system which must be extended and improved in every aspect. In the meantime it provides a information flow that the comprehensive command and control system is rebuilt as a command and control center for informafionalized naval warfare. So the paper provides a solution and technology support for rebuilding the comprehensive command and control system to operational command and control center.
