摘要
通过扩展标准版KIVA-3V燃料库,使其具有液态DME燃烧过程的计算能力。用扩展程序对改装后的二甲醚发动机的缸内工作过程进行了三维数值模拟,得到了缸内气体流动、平均性能曲线及温度、压力场等大量实时数据信息。经过与原柴油机工作情况的对比分析表明:二甲醚作为发动机燃料可以减轻零部件负荷,降低噪音,减少排放。
A new offering liquid DME (dimethyl ether) has expanded the fuel library of KIVA 3V. Based on the program, 3D numerical simulation of the operation process in cylinder of a DME engine is carried on to obtain the detail information of the flow field in cylinder and the average performance graphic charts, as well as many real time information of temperature, pressure and so on. Comparing the numerical results with the data of diesel engine showed that DME is a kind of green alternative fuel and the DME engine has lower emissions and more smooth work.
