摘要
文章阐述了在我国社会转型的背景下,高校学生社团的发展特征、趋势、功能及作用,并因势利导提出了社团管理的机制创新。
The thesis is to illustrate the developmental characteristics, tendency, function and effect of the union of students in college under the background of social change, furthemore, the paper has developed the innovational system according to the practical situation.
