摘要
采用实验方法,测定了20℃时N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液对H2S、CO2纯气体以及H2S和CO2混合气的初始吸收速率。结果表明,H2S和CO2初始吸收速率分别为8.31×10-3mol.s-1.m-2和1.90×10-3mol.s-1.m-2;吸收H2S和CO2混合气,各组分的初始吸收速率与其分压成线性关系。得到了MDEA溶液吸收H2S和CO2混合气的速率表达式。
The absorption rates of H2S and/or CO2 in N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) aqueous solution at temperature of 20℃ were measured by experiments. The results indicated that the initial absorption rate of pure H2S and CO2 were 8.31 × 10^ -3 mol · s^ -1 · m^2 and 1.90× 10^ -3 mol· s^ -1· m^ -2 respectively. In the case of the mixed gases absorbed with the MDEA aqueous solution, the initial absorption rates of each component in the mixed gases were linear with its partial pressure in the mixed gases. The absorption rate expression of the mixed gases was given.
