摘要
表面活性剂分子具有不对称结构,在溶液中能形成胶束、微乳液、囊泡、液晶等多种分子有序缔合结构。文章综述了表面活性剂的缔合结构在药物载体中的应用情况。
OBJECTIVE The molecule of surfactant has dissymmetrical structure and it can form aggregate such as micelle, microemulsion, vesicle and liquidcrystal in aqueous solution. This paper has reviewed the application of aggregates formed by surfactants as drugdelivery.
