摘要
当前,就业指导"全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化"(以下简称"四化")虽然已经成为高等学校的普遍共识,但从就业指导工作来讲才刚刚起步,存在针对性不强、系统性不够、方法单一、体系不健全和运行不正常等问题,以及"为了就业而指导"的现象。本文从"四化"的内涵着笔,构建就业指导"四化"运行模型,希望对提升就业指导整体效能有所裨益。
The patterns of whole-course, all-people involvement, specialization and information are still a real beginning for the work of university employment guidance which, even though has been recognized in universities nowadays. Meanwhile, some problems, like weak focalization, unitary approach, not-sound system, abnormal operation and the guidance only direct to graduates, exist in the work of present university employment guidance. This paper focus on designing the practical four patterns of university employment based on the four concept's implication and hope that it will benefit the improvement of employment efficiency.
