摘要
城市生活用水定额对于加强用水管理和促进城市节约用水具有重要意义.以江苏省城市生活与公共用水定额的制定为例,分析了城市生活用水定额的影响因素和制定原则.通过实例分析了相关分析法、二次平均先进法、概率统计法及经验法等方法在定额制定中的应用,为其他地区用水定额的制定和此方面的研究提供了有益的借鉴.
Water consumption quota plays an important role in the enforcement of water management and the practice of water saving. Taken the procedure of municipal water and public water consumption quota of Jiangsu province as an example, the influencing factors and the rules in establishing the quota are discussed in this article, furthermore, several commonly used establishing methods of water consumption quota such as correlation analysis, second average method, statistical analysis and empirical method are discussed. It makes a good reference for other district and further study.
