摘要
高校体育是学校教育的基础,作为学校体育的最后一站,通过开设民族传统体育项目培养学生民族自豪感,弘扬民族传统体育文化,形成终身体育思想,全面推进大学生素质教育。
Physical education at universities is a basis of education in higher education. As a final training of physical education at universities, setting national and traditional sports events can cultivate students＇ national pride, enlarge traditional sports culture, form a habit of lifclong physical education and hence enhance fully the quality of education of university students.
