摘要
平等精神、自由精神、合作精神是“哥本哈根精神”的核心,构建科技期刊的“哥本哈根精神”对真正实现科技期刊传播科学思想、引发科学创新及推动科学进步的功能有着十分重要的意义。结合编辑工作实践,从平等精神、自由精神、合作精神3个方面阐述科技期刊“哥本哈根精神”的构建。
Equality, freedom and cooperation are the core of ＂Copenhagen Spirit＂. Building up of ＂Copenhagen Spirit＂ for sci- tech periodicals plays an important role in realizing transmitting scientific thought, stimulating scientific innovation and impelling scientific advances. This paper, integrated with editorial practice, expounds the building up of ＂ Copenhagen Spirit＂ for sci-tech periodicals in equality, freedom and cooperation.
