摘要
本文对国内外相关元认知能力培养的理论和实践进行了综述和评价,通过对国内外研究的比较和分析,总结出这些研究的共同点,即重视认知主体对认知活动的知识、计划、监控、评价和调节,并指出今后对影响学习的各种因素进行整体的研究和分析是十分有必要的,对于未来的元认知策略培训,要从完善元认知理论和创设训练环境等多方面努力。
This paper mainly introduces metacognitive competence fostering from theory and practice home and abroad. Based on the survey, we sum up the general issues of the researches and argue that it is necessary to integrate various elements to foster learners' metacognitive ability. Meanwhile, topics necessary for further studies are put forward.
