摘要
从浙江省养鸭场出现典型病变的病死鸭中分离到22株鸭疫里默氏杆菌,对其进行培养特性、形态特性、生化试验和血清型鉴定,其中4株为Ⅰ型、14株为Ⅱ型,1株X型,3株XI型。药敏试验结果表明,这些菌株对氨苄青霉素、四环素、红霉素和氯霉素比较敏感,对卡那霉素、丁胺卡那、青霉素、新霉素不敏感。
Twenty-two strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from sick ducks in Zhejiang province. They were identiffed by micro-morphology and biochemical characteristic assays. It was found that 4 strains belong to serotype Ⅰ , 14 strains belong to semtype Ⅱ , 1 strain belongs to semtype Ⅹ, and 3 strains belong to semtype Ⅺ. They are sensitive to AMP, TET, ERY, et al, and are not sensitive to KAN, AKN, P-G, NEO.
