摘要 DF21型内燃机车用C0-C0轴式SR-1型自导向径向转向架在运用约15万km之后,都相继出现了中间轮对踏面严重剥离的现象;通过采取相应整改措施,目前其运用里程均已超过25万km,中间轮对踏面仍保持良好状态未再发生剥离。文章对这一现象的机理和整改措施进行了详细分析。 Diesel electrical locomotive DF21 is equipped with SR-1 bogie with C0-C0 axle arrangement. After 150 000 km operation, the wheel tread of bogie middle wheel-set faced serious spalling problem. Mechanism of this tread fatigue is studied in detail. A sol ution concept is given in this paper as well, and is proved to be very effective. Wheel profile still keep perfect after 250 000 km operation.
