摘要
在高精料日粮日粮条件下(6:4),利用体外静态模拟发酵法,设计4个水平3个重复,通过分别添加0mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L海南霉素于发酵瓶中,研究海南霉素对反刍动物瘤胃发酵调控的影响。结果表明经恒温培养箱39℃培养72h,在设定的时间点测定pH值、产气量、氨氮含量、挥发性脂肪酸、中性洗涤纤维,发现在体外条件下海南霉素各处理组在0~24h内能减缓pH的下降,和对照组比差异都显著,但24h后却影响不大;产气方面,各时间点的海南霉素各处理组的产气量都极显著低于对照组。在72h时间点上,50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L海南霉素组分别比对照纽减少产气25.1%、28.2%、20.9%,和对照组都差异极显著(P〈0.01);海南霉素能减少瘤胃液中氨氮含量,72h后,50mg/L、100mg/L与150mg/L处理组比对照组氨氮浓度分别减少31.9%、33.4%、28.7%,差异极显著(p〈0.01);同时可以改善瘤胃发酵类型,海南霉素各处理组能降低乙酸丙酸比例,差异显著(P〈0.05),而72h后各处理组能提高总挥发性脂肪酸的生成量,但影响不大(P〉0.05);对中性洗涤纤维NDF影响不大。
In this experiment, the effects of Hainanmycin on artifical rumen fermentation in the high concentrate diet was studied in vitro. 4 defferrent feeding levels of Hainanmycin with 3 repetitions were designed, which is 0 mg/L, 50mg/L, 100mg/L and 150mg/L. During 72h foster at 39℃, the results showed that the pH values in the fermentation liquids of the four level were no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) after 72h fermentation, but between 0-24h Hainanmycin levels could slow down the drop of PH; Hainanmycin levels could reduce volume of gas production, the 50mg/L. 100mg/L and 150mg/Llevels could reduce 25.1%.28.2%.20.9% each( P 〈 0.01 ). 50mg/L.100mg/L and 150mg/L defferrent levels of Hainanmycin could also reduce NH3--N concertation 31.9% ,33. 4% .28. 7% comparing control ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; And the radio of acetate to propionate (A/P) was decreased significantly by using Hainanmycin ( P 〈 0.05 ), and at 72h, Hainanmycin each level could increase the amount of total VFA a little ( P〉 0.05 ); But Hainanmycin did no much influence on NDF.
