摘要
目的:研究急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)对人体组织细胞的损害机制。方法:测定30例AOPP患者中毒后12小时血CPK和β-EP水平。结果:①AOPP患者血CPK和β-EP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。②AOPP患者血CPK和β-EP水平随病情加重而升高明显,重度AOPP组及死亡组较轻、中度AOPP组及痊愈组CPK和β-EP水平有显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:AOPP病情越重,血CPK和β-EP升高越显著,反映细胞损害越严重。测定其含量有助于对AOPP患者的病情评估及预后判断。
Objective: To study the mechanism of human tissue damages caused by acute organophosphoms pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods: Serum creatine phosphatase kinase (CPK) and bate-endorphin (β-EP) in 30 patients with AOPP were measured whileadmitted in hospital. Results: ①Serum CPK and β-EP with AOPP were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). ②The values of all serum CPK,β-EP in serious group were significantly higher than those in light and middle degree group. Conclusions: The study showed that the more severe the AOPP was, the more significant the enzymes increased, reflection the more severe in the tissue damaged. The assay of them my be for evaluation AOPP and prognesis.
