摘要
用0.4 mmol/L的苯并噻二唑(BTH)溶液处理小麦幼苗第1叶和第2叶2 d后接种白粉菌,比色法测定第3叶接种前后过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性,结果表明BTH处理或接种均可使这4种酶活性升高。BTH诱导酶活性的系统增强与小麦对白粉病的诱导抗性密切相关。
The first and second leaves of wheat seedlings were treated with 0.4 mmol/L benzothiadiazole (BTH) and then inoculated with Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici two clays later,and the POD,PAL,chitinase and D-1, 3-glucanase activities of the third leaves of the seedlings were determined before and after the inoculation by colorimetry. The results showed that both BTH treatment and the inoculation could increase the activities of the four enzymes. The systematically-enhanced activities of the enzymes by BTH were closely correlated to the increased resistance of wheat to powdery mildew.
