摘要 利用多体系统动力学ADAMS软件建立某轿车的整车多体仿真模型,考虑了悬架、转向系统空间机构的几何非线性特性以及轮胎、衬套等部件的非线性,模型准确的表达了整车的动态特性;对车辆侧翻多种工况进行了仿真研究,仿真结果可以准确的表达真实车辆的侧翻特性,为实车试验提供了参考。 A multi - body passenger car dynamic model was built by ADAMS which included the detailed suspension and steering system kinematics freedom and nonlinear characteristics of the tire, bushing, etc, the model can accurately to predict dynamics performance of the car. The J- turn and fish- hook rollover test are simulated and the simulation result can expressed the rollover performance and can give some reference to the prototype testing.
