摘要
针对货车非线性悬架系统,提出了一种确定货车传动系统扭转疲劳载荷的模拟方法。建立了4自由度双轴货车振动模型,以标准路面功率谱反推算法得到路面不平度为随机输入,用MATLAB/Simulink仿真计算得到车轮上的垂直随机动载荷,并将其转化为驱动轮上的扭转载荷。计算载荷可以用来编制货车传动系统扭转疲劳试验载荷谱、估计零部件的疲劳寿命。
A simulating method of transmission system torsion fatigue load was proposed for truck with nonlinear suspension system. Four degrees of freedom vibration model was set up. The vertical random dynamic load on the wheels was obtained under the excitation of random road surface deduced from power spectral density of standard level of loads by MATLAB/Simulink, and it was translated to torsion load on driving wheel. The simulation torsion load can be used to make up torsion fatigue load spectrum for test and estimate the fatigue life of component parts of truck transmission system.
