摘要
本文通过甘肃高校科技创新能力分析,论述了高等院校在科技创新中的地位和作用及面对甘肃经济发展的需要采取的应对策略。
On the basis of analyzing the university ability in science and technology innovation of Gansu Province,the status and funtions of university in science and technology imnovation are expounded. It is pointed out that the university ought to adopt a series of measures to meet the needs of economic growth of Gansu Province.
