摘要
文章对中国近20年来的住区发展进行了反思,指出“人文”内涵在中国住区建设中的重要性,提出当代城市居住的新模式——城市院落居住,并从建构、特点及意义三个方面对其可行性进行了论述。
This article discusses about Chinese housing development in the past two decades, and points out the important of ＂human culture＂ connation in China＇s residential quarter construction. A new residence mode is brought forward - residence in urban courtyards. Its feasibility is proofed from three aspects, architecture, characteristics and significance.
