摘要
陶瓷球轴承采用质轻的Si3N4陶瓷材料作滚珠,减小了高速下作用在滚珠上的离心力和陀螺力矩,不仅具有较低的温升,而且还有较高的刚度,特别适用于超高速机床主轴。
A study has been made on the performance ofceramic ball bearing for machine tool spindle with ultrahigh speed and point out that the centrifugal forces andgyroscopic moments acting on balls can be reduced.The lower temperature rise and higher rigidity of thebearing can be achieved. So that such bearing is especially suited for ultrahigh speed machine tool spindle.
