摘要
本文报道了用氦氖激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗九例患者过程中，应用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞中凋亡细胞的发生，结果提示，照射后凋亡细胞百分率为（６．４３±５．０７％）与照射前比较（０．３８±０．５３％），ｐ＜０．０５。
Using flow cytometry we described the quantification of apoptotic human peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with ILIB.The results indicated that the percent of apoptotic cells was 6.43±5.07% o After irrdiation compared with the data of apoptotic cells before treatment 0.38±0.53%,it was statistical significant(p<0.05).
