摘要
针对电液伺服系统的非线性问题,利用S imu link分析系统,建立了包含流量方程这一非线性在内电液伺服系统新模型,通过仿真获得了系统的实际特性,将仿真结果与线性模型的仿真结果比较,结果表明:非线性模型接近实际系统的模型,能够解决在大负载力下的线性建模的不足,用该方法建立的系统新模型相对直观、简洁、物理概念明确。
Electro- hydraulic servo systems exhibit highly nonlinear behavior. A new Electro- hydraulic servo system model which concludes the nonlinear flow equation was presented based on the Simulink analysis - system. The approach can gain the actual characteristic of the system through simulation. Simulation results indicate that the nonlinear model can resolve the limitation of linear model in high force. The new model is relatively straight and compact and explicit in physical conception.
