摘要
分光光度法测磷常用显色剂为钒钼酸盐溶液,由于该法测磷要求在酸性环境下进行,故在显色剂配制时常加入一定量的酸.目前应用较多的是加硝酸的显色剂,而加高氯酸的显色剂在实际应用中却很少报导.本文对这两种加不同酸的显色剂进行比较,结果表明,这两种显色剂均能稳定存放且一个月不变质.最佳测定显色时间为20~60min.但新配制的高氯酸显色剂不够稳定,需存放6h以上方可使用.
The mixture solvent containing vanadate and malybdate is the color reagent for determination of phosphorus by spectrophotometry. Because the acidic condition is requisite for the determination, the color reagent must mix with some acid. There are nitric acid [HNO3]and high chloric acid [HClO4] in the common acid. In this paper, the two color reagents containing different acids were contrasted. The results showed that the two color reagent could be stored about one month and did not change. The best time of the determination was in between 20 ̄60 minutes after the color reaction. But the color reagent containing high chloric acid that was jUst made up was not stable.It must he stored about 6 hours before it was used.
