摘要
应用CAE模拟仿真软件MSC.Superform,对纯铜的热挤压过程进行计算机模拟仿真,准确模拟挤压纯铜过程中金属的流动情况。数值模拟结果与实验结果基本相符,对优化挤压工艺提供重要的理论依据,尤其对难加工材料的挤压研究具有借鉴意义。
Using the CAE simulation software package-MSC. Superform, simulates the high-temperature extrusion of copper. The flowing of the copper are analyzed or computed precisely, the results of numerical simulation are agreeable to the result of experimentation, and they are important to improve the practical production, particularly to difficult process the material has the leading meaning.
