摘要
循环经济是可持续发展的重要途径。对于经济相对落后、生态环境比较脆弱的中国西北地区来说,发展循环经济具有重要的现实意义。本文首先回顾了循环经济的发展情况,分析了西北地区发展循环经济的迫切性,并在此基础上,指出了构楚西北地区循环经济的对策思路。
The circular economy is very important for sustainable development. It is realistic to develop circular economy in Northwestern China,which is a backward area with a weak ecological environment. Reviewing developing the situation of circular economy, and analyzing the necessity and urgency in this area, this paper sets forth relative strategies on developing the circular economy in northwestern China.
