摘要
“长江桥区交通管理系统研究”系交通部委托中国航海学会进行的“长江过桥通航通力研究”课题的一部分。该文从当前长江航运的实际出发，结合长江航运发展规划及“ＶＴＳ指南”所要求的系统功能，提出长江桥区交通管理系统的设想，为研究船舶过桥通过能力及发展长江航运提供科学依据。
This study is a part of the'An investigation on the traffic capacity through bridge zones of Chang Jiang river',which is entrusted by the ministry of communications to Chinese institute of Navigation.Considering the present navigation practice of Chang Jiang as the Starting'point, combining the developing plan of Chang Jiang navigation and the requirements of 'VTS guide'this paper proposes a design of the vessel traffic system in bridge zones of Chang Jiang river,which offered a scientific reference for further study of the.traffic capacity through bridge zones of Chang Jiang and the development of Chang Jiang navigation.
