清醒大鼠应激时血压变异性的频谱分析 被引量:1

SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF BLOOD PRESSURE VARIABILITY IN CONSCIOUS RATS DURING STRESS

摘要 为了研究血压变异性的频谱分析技术在测定机体对外界交感反应性生理功能中的应用,在正常大鼠和慢性应激性高血压模型大鼠用蜂鸣噪声激起一种急性的应激状态,用短时动脉收缩压变异性(SBPV)、动脉舒张压变异性(DBPV)的功率谱分析定量测定应激时心血管循环系统交感神经的活动水平。结果:应激时两组大鼠SBPV和DBPV的低频段(LF)功率谱值都呈显著性增加。此外慢性应激性高血压大鼠在安静时其SBPV和DBPV的LF功率谱值显著高于正常大鼠,且对急性应激有夸大的反应。这些结果表明SBPV、DBPV的频谱分析能敏感地反映应激时交感神经的活动水平。 PURPOSE To study the application of spectal analysis of blood pressure in messuring the sympathetic reactivity to the changing environment.METHODS Stress was induced by buzzle noise in conscious normal rats and chronic stressed hypertensive model rats. Spectral analysis of short-term systolic arterial blood pressure variability(SPBV) and diastolic blood pressure variability(DBPV) were used to estimate the sympathetic tone of circulation quantitatively in response to stress. RESULTS In both groups, LF(0. 2~0.9Hz)of SBPV and DBPV increased significantly.On the other hand, the LF values of SBPV and DBPV in the chronic stressed hypertensive model rats were higher than the normal rats under resting condition, and had extra changes while stimulus exerted.CONCLUSIONS These results indicate the spectral analysis of SBPV and DBPV can sensitively demonstrate the activity level of sympathetic in response to stress.
