摘要
天南星水浸液及其与链霉菌稀释液配伍,用于灭螺实验,结果显示,天南星具有很强的灭螺效果,不同部位的灭螺效果为:根>叶>茎。其中根的灭螺效果与夹竹桃相当。天南星与链霉菌配伍使用,具有明显的协同作用,是单一成分的4~5倍,比夹竹桃与链霉菌复合使用的协同作用更明显,且能有效地抑制钉螺上爬。因此,天南星为灭螺植物和构建高效的群落生态工程灭螺提供新的物种资源;这种植物和微生物的复合灭螺的协同效应,为灭螺工作提供新的思路。
The experiment of killing Oncomlania hupensis with the soaking liquid of Arisaema erubescens Schott mixing with streptomycete were investigated in greenhouse. Results showed that A. erubescens had very strong effect on killing O. hupensis. Among different parts of the plant, the root showed the best killing effect while the stem has the least killing effect. The effect of A. erubescens mixed with streptomycete on the killing O. hupensis was evidently cooperative, which was 4-5 times that of the single component, with effect more obvious than that of Oleander mixed with streptomycete, and can restrain the climbing of O. hupensis. A. erubescens Schott offered a new resource of plant for killing O. hupensis and for constructing a high efficient community of killing O. hupensis.
