ＣＴ导引下肌肉骨骼穿刺活检是一种安全有效的诊断和鉴别诊断方法之一，它具有诊断正确率高、并发症低的优点。对ＣＴ导引下穿刺活检技术的方法、适应症和禁忌症及其优点进行了叙述。
CT-guided musculoskeleed biopsy is a safe and valuable method for diagnoais and differential diagnosis, because of its hight accuracy rate and low complication rate. The meteal technique, indications and contraindications andthe advantages of this technique were detailed in this paper.
