摘要
煤等离子热解制乙炔工艺是传统电石法制乙炔的潜在替代新工艺,对该工艺过程进行优化是研究的重要方向。首先建立煤在等离子体热解制乙炔反应器数学模型并进行数值模拟,然后通过反应器结构优化、采用惰性隔离气体及工作气体再循环等措施,能使煤在等离子体热解制乙炔工艺过程连续运行时间延长2倍左右,乙炔转化率提高10%左右、降低了乙炔比能耗5%左右。
The technology of acetylene production with plasma from coal is a new chemical technology. It is potential substitute technology for traditional calcium carbide method. The optimization study of coal pyrolysis in thermal plasma reactor is important to its development. The mathematical modulation and numerical simulation of thermal plasma jet reactor were established. By changing the structure and using inertia isolating gas and work gas circulation, the working time prolonged 2 times, the conversion percent of acetylene was increased by 10% , and specific energy loss was decreased by 5%.
