摘要
本文报告了医源性因素导致腰椎间盘突出症手术疗效不佳２２例。复习相关文献，分析了１０种影响手术疗效的医源性因素，提出了相应的预防措施。
We reported 22 cases of lumbar disc prolapse with poorly surgical efficacy caused by iatrogenic factors.After review of relative literature,ten iatrogenic factors affecting the surgical efficacy were analyzed and the measures of prevention were discussed.
