摘要
动态能力指企业在快速变化的环境中整合、建立和重构内外竞争力来持续竞争优势的能力。本研究分析了后发企业动态能力从吸收能力、转移能力、整合能力到创新能力的演化路径,从知识单元、知识联系、动态知识网络和知识创新等视角探讨能力深度演化机理,最后通过韩国三星电子的案例研究佐证能力演化的机制和路径。
Dynamic capabilities are the ability of a firm to sustain its competitive advantages by building, integrating and restructuring the internal and external competences. The paper analyzes paths of the dynamic capabilities of latecomer firms which evolve from absorptive capacity, transfer capability, integrative capability and innovation capability, and discusses the evolutionary mechanism in terms of knowledge element, knowledge linkage, dynamic knowledge network and knowledge innovation. Finally, a case study about Samsung Electronics Corporation is presented.
