摘要
应用具有健脾益气、和胃渗湿的参苓白术散加味，配合灭吐灵，防治化疗中消化道毒性反应。临床观察结果表明，毒性反应率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示该方剂对改善症状，减轻化疗反应。
The Shenlinbaishu powder was wsed to treat malignant tumor patients with side effects of digestive tract induce by radio chemotherapy.Patients were divided into 2 group, the TCM group (34 cases), treated with Shenlinbaishu powder, and the control group (34 cases), treated with paspertin. The result showed that the side effects in treated group were markedly less than that in control group. The difference between the two groups was very significant statistically (P<0 05). The result suggested that Shenlinbaishu powder could invigorate the spleen funtion and renifocing vital activity and increase the body resistance. Thus the symptome of the patients get improved and elevate the ability to stand the chemotherapy elevated.
