摘要
目的探讨早期股骨头坏死直接局部药物治疗结合康复训练的临床效果。方法对17例21髋股骨头坏死(Ficat0～III期)坏死区域7～10天的药物直接局部治疗,结合4～6周系统康复训练,平均随访23个月,Hrass评分评判结果。结果优15例、良4例,总优良率90.5%,差2例,占9.5%,效果满意。结论早期股骨头坏死的药物直接局部治疗结合康复训练是一种临床效果满意的方法。
Objective To study clinic effect of directly medicines therapy and rehabilition training of femoral head necrosis. Methods In 17 cases of 21 femoral head necrosis（ Ficat 0 -Ⅲ）drugs were directly used into the area of necrosis for 7 - 10 days and rehabilitation training for 4 -6 weeks,average following ups 23 months. The effect was estimated by Hrass. Results Exellent 15 cases, good 4 cases,the whole rate of excellence was90.5%, poor 2 cases（9.5% ）. Conclusion The directly medicines therapy and rehabilitation training of femoral head necrosis was a good way with good clinic effect.
