摘要
等离子体技术以其非常规的手段运用到化工中,给整个化工带来了新的生机。从等离子体的基本特性出发,综述了低温等离子体技术在超细粉体制备、表面改性、基础化工原料制备、催化反应、聚合和引发聚合、膜技术领域、分析化学、“三废处理”等方面的应用及最新发展,并展望了等离子体化工的发展前景。
Plasma technology is an abnormal instrumentality for chemical engineering and brings new vital force. This paper introduced the occurrence, reaction mechanism of plasma technology, summarized the up-to-the-minute applications in chemical engineering such as preparation of uhrafine powders, surface modification, preparation of basic chemical materials, catalytic reaction, polymerization, membrane technology, analytical chemistry, treatment of “three wastes”, etc. The prospects of plasma were also proposed.
