摘要
目的探讨星形细胞瘤MR强化与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达、血管形成及病理分级的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(S-P)法,用抗MMP-9抗体及抗CD34单抗对40例星形细胞瘤组织标本进行标记分析,并测定MR图像上肿瘤的强化程度。结果星形细胞瘤的强化越明显,MMP-9表达越高,血管形成也越明显(P<0.05);随着星形细胞瘤级别的增高,MMP-9、CD34的表达越高(P<0.05)。结论星形细胞瘤的强化程度与MMP-9的表达及血管形成密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of MR signs of contrast enhancement with the expression of matrix metalloprotcinase 9. angiogenesis and the pathologic grades in astrocytomas. Methods The MMP 9 and MVD expression were detected in 40 cases of astrocytomas by immunohistochemical staining using monoclonal antibody to MMP-9 and CD34. The extent of contrast enhancement was determined on MR. Results The extent of contrast enhancement in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱastrocytoma was significantly lower than that in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ astrocytoma (P〈0.05); the larger contrast enhancement extent was the higher the expression of MMP-9 and MVD would be (P〈0.05) ; MVD and expression of MMP-9 in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ astrocytoma was significantly lower than that in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ astrocytoma (P〈0.05). Conclusion The extent of contrast enhancement in astrocytomas has a close correlation with the expression of MMP 9 and angiogenesis and the pathologic grades.
