摘要
本试验采用一种自制的装置,通过设置一系列的供水吸力水平来精确控制了土壤的含水量,在此基础上采取盆栽的方式对小麦苗期的若干生理特性进行了研究。研究表明:随着供水吸力的增大,净光合速率和蒸腾速率先上升后下降;地上茎叶总干重和叶面积呈下降趋势,而根干重则呈先上升后平缓下降的趋势;单叶的水分利用效率随着供水吸力的增大呈现总体的下降趋势;供水吸力从10hPa到100hpa,整株的水分利用效率随着吸力的增大而增大;供水吸力从100hpa到190hPa,群体的水分利用效率变化很小。
This experiment is carried out by self-designed devices for control of water hydraulic head as negative values. Physiological characteristics of wheat seeding were measured. The researoh suggested: Pn and Tr rise at the beginning along with the accretion of water supply suction, and then go down; While the overground biomass and the leaf area are dropped slowly; the root weight is rising at the beginning and then dropping slowly; the unifoliate water using efficiency is on the downtrend when the water supply arises; The colony water using efficiency is rising along with the water supply suction's accretion when it is under 100hpa, and the colony water using efficiency changed little when the water supply suction exceeds 100hpa.
